This is for you if you want assistance in the design & theme of your event as well as acquiring vendors to execute that for you.

Event Partial Planning

 

Includes partial planning, general advice & consultation, event checklist, venue walkthrough, vendor recommendations, attendance at select vendor meetings, inquiring about hotel accommodations & transportation, vendor liaison, timeline creation & execution, designing floorplan for setup, facilitating rehearsal, overseeing event set up & take down, putting out decor & signage, being the point of contact, all day of coordinating responsibilities, ETC.

This is for you if you have already begun planning but need assistance acquiring vendors, finalizing details, & coordinating.

Event Coordinating

Includes general advice & consultation, vendor recommendations, venue walkthrough, vendor liaison, timeline creation & execution, designing floorplan for setup,  facilitating rehearsal, overseeing event set up, putting out decor & signage, being the point of contact, all day of coordinating responsibilities, ETC.

This is for you if you want to plan your own event, but desire assistance & coordination.

Full Event Planning

Includes full planning & design, general advice & consultation, event checklist, budget assistance, venue & vendor recommendations, vendor meetings, venue walkthrough, inquiring about hotel accommodations & transportation, vendor liaison, timeline creation & execution, designing floorplan for setup, facilitating rehearsal, overseeing event set up & take down, putting out decor & signage, emergency kit, being the point of contact, all day of coordinating responsibilities, ETC.

This is for you if you are looking for someone to fully plan, & coordinate your event.\

How do I know if  I need an event planner?

Maybe you have an idea of some styles you like & a couple of vendors you know of to get your event planning started. Or maybe you have no idea where to start & feel overwhelmed by the thought of all that goes into your event or wedding planning process. A planner may be just what you need to help you stick to your budget, find the best vendors for your style, and execute it all so that you can sit back & enjoy your perfect day.

How do I know if I need an event coordinator?

If you know what style you want for your big event & already know all of the vendors that will bring your dream to life, a planner may not be what you are in need of. A coordinator is what you need. This is who organizes your event, makes certain it goes as planned, helps your vendors work together, problem solves anything that comes up, and more.

How do I know if I need a partial event planner?

If you feel confident starting your event planning process with dreams of your own & want to bring them to life yourself but need a little help here and there & want someone to execute your plans, a partial planner may be what you are in need of!

How does your pricing work?

Pricing is customized based on what package you are booking, how many weddings I have booked at that time of year, location, timeframe, etc. After you inquire, I will reach out to get more info and schedule a free in-person consultation or phone call to discuss your event & the package that will be the best fit for you. A quote will then be sent to you and a contract will be written up, if desired. After your contract is signed & your deposit is made, your event is on my calendar & the planning begins!
